Social Media Day

Today was one of those days when I didn’t touch a needle or a piece of fabric at all.

Instead, I spent many hours in front of my computer — because creating handmade products is only half of the work. The other half is communicating them in the right way.

I call it “Social Media Day”, and I’ve made it a weekly habit. It’s the day I sit down with intention and focus solely on social media: preparing posts, editing photos and videos, writing captions, and thinking about how to show my work in the most authentic and beautiful way.

So today, I scheduled a few posts for the coming days, worked on content you’ll be seeing very soon, and tried to stay consistent with my online presence. It’s important to me that every post says something — that it carries a small story, a mood, a touch of everyday life. I want anyone who follows me to feel that what they’re seeing is real.

It’s a creative, but also demanding process. It’s not always easy to find something meaningful to share, but when you do, it feels like you’re communicating a piece of yourself.
If you love creating too — whether you sew, paint, or write — I encourage you to try organizing your days this way: one day for your craft, one day for your presence. It helps you keep a steady rhythm without burning out.
Until the next post… back to the sewing machine!
